TYPES OF PRODUCTS

1 Direct Installation – AW/1

The acoustic plaster is sprayed directly onto a primed plasterboard or concrete substrate to a total thickness of 3mm.

2 Acoustic Plaster direct on acoustic board – AW/2

The acoustic board is installed directly onto a plasterboard, concrete or timber substrate with either approved adhesive or mechanically fixed with special washers.

3 Direct to Grid – AW/3

The acoustic board is installed directly to a MF metal drywall gri d system 300 mm c/c or similar with the special washers.

4 On perforated Gypsum Board without acoustic board backing – AW/4

The spray plaster is done on a perforated gypsum board with minimu m 17% perforation open area which is installed on metal frame works of 300mm c/c .

5 On perforated Gypsum Board with acoustic board backing – AW/5

The spray plaster is done on a perforated gypsum board with minimum 17% perfo ration open area which is installed on metal frame works of 300mm c/c with acoustic insualation board 25mm thick in the frame work behind gypsum board for better performance .

Regular gypsum wallboard, MF metal drywall grid system 400 mm c/c or similar, concrete, previously painted substrates, timber/steel frame

Color Options

Acoustic plaster finish can be applied on virtually any surface including straight and curved walls, dramatic angles and arching domes offering a more flexible, discreet alternative to traditional acoustic solutions, such as suspended ceilings. Apart from the standard white color RAL 9016, ACOWHITE® can be done with various RAL colors as required for the architect’s design requirements.
