Acoustic Spray-plaster

For Internal walls and ceilings

ACOWHITE acoustic plaster is a market leader in spray-applied acoustic plaster compound which is used for various ceiling and walls arfaces for best in class absorptions.

The ACOWHITE Plaster System is designed to optimize the acoustics of interior spaces. From large theatre halls, offices, classrooms, hotel receptions and private residences the use of hard soundi reflective surfaces such as glass, wood and stone can cause excessive sound reverberation which leads to unpleasant noise levels. The correct control of sound can create a calmer and more pleasant! environment. The ACOWHITE Plaster System offers a clean flat and smooth mineral surface that can be applied seamlessly over large expanses to both flat and curved surfaces and offers excellent sound absorption.

ACOWHITE acoustic system provides architects, building owners and acoustics experts with viable solutions to match their specific sound absorption requirements for any locations where there is reverberation. These solutions take the form of smooth white surfaces that are homogeneous and jointless.

The basic components consist of our specially structured acoustic panels with their unique acoustic characteristics. They can be bonded to prepared surfaces - concrete or dry (mortarless) ceiling and wall structures. The acoustic coatings (basic+ topcoat) are then applied mechanically or by hand to these acoustic panels. The result is always a homogeneous surface.

It is an acoustic plastering compound, available in dry-powder and ready-mix versions, used to finish acoustic system on ceilings. ACOWHITE® Acoustic Systems have been used on numerous prestigious projects around the world. Few advantages of acoustic spray plaster are:

  • Improves acoustics and thus speech intelligibility.
  • Is suitable for a wide variety of substrates, such as walls and ceilings in many conceivable forms.
  • Increases productivity and ensures a pleasant working and living environment.
  • Is developed for efficiency and can, therefore, quickly and effortlessly be applied.
  • Saves up to 10% on energy costs

This process highlights the benefit of the acoustic system: there is no need to expend time and effort on levelling joints or other irregularities, so processing is substantially faster.

How is the ACOWHITE acoustic system able to deliver such excellent performance characteristics? Because the special topcoats absorb all low sounds (long sound waves), while the acoustic panels abserb all medium-and high-frequency sounds.
